The Ethiopian regime denied Eritrean troops’ presence in Tigray until it could no longer hide from the mounting evidence. As Eritrean forces wreak havoc on civilians in Oromia, Abiy’s regime is denying their presence again. We demand #EritreanTroopsOutofOromia immediately! @SecBlinken

Ministry of Foreign Affairs spox Dina Mufti said in a press briefing on June 2, 2021, “Eritrean forces will hopefully withdraw someday,” responding to the Ethiopian gov’t position on their withdrawal. Instead of withdrawing “someday,” Eritrean forces are deployed inside #Oromia pic.twitter.com/wsk3VujJdz

In a recently released statement by #OLF, “Eritrean forces have been deployed to Oromia and Benishangul-Gumuz regions and are repeating the same atrocities on civilians” as they did in Tigray. #STOPWarOnOromia #EritreanTroopsOutofOromia @ChrisCoons @HouseForeign  ***PIC****

Oromia regional gov’t spox, Getachew Balcha denied the presence of Eritrean forces inside #Oromia.
